Are you tired of hearing stories from friends and family about how they have just been laid-off work or that they can't afford to go to the doctor? How about seeing our schools slowly crumble before our eyes because of budget cuts? What about the dread of dealing with a government that only works for those that have large amounts of money?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, then obviously it is time for new leadership in Tallahassee. I am prepared to find solutions and responses to the problems that face our district, instead of sitting in Tallahassee and reacting after a situation has taken place.
I strongly believe in a government that works with and for the people. The people of our district deserve to be placed first. They are the foundation of our economy. To often we hear of large bonuses being handed to CEO's or tax breaks being given to wealthy companies while others are struggling to make ends meet. I will work hard for ALL the people. Furthermore, I will NOT allow special interest groups to sway my decisions in any way. It's time to bring government back into the hands of the people!
I have decided to qualify for the ballot by using the petition process. This process requires 1% of registered voters to sign a petition stating that they are registered voters in the voting district. In District 38 there is a total of 883 petitions required. There is also another method of getting your name on the ballot, which is to "pay your way". I choose to not buy out or be bought out.
Please, complete the petition by placing your name as it appears on your voter registration card, your voter registration number OR date of birth, your address, signature and date. You may mail the completed form to:
